Job Summary

Aimlay Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and strategic AVP Sales International EdTech with 12+ years of mandatory experience in the International EdTech or Education sales sector. Based full-time on-site in New Delhi, this leadership role is critical for driving global sales and market share growth. The AVP will be responsible for leading the international sales team, managing global sales operations, and personally driving high-level business development across diverse regions. The role mandates comfort with the 9:30 PM 6:30 AM shift to align with international business hours.

Job Description:

Global Sales Strategy and Business Development:

- Develop, implement, and rigorously execute comprehensive international sales strategies aimed at achieving aggressive sales targets and maximizing market penetration across different global regions.

- Personally drive business development initiatives in diverse regions of the world to generate qualified enquiries, achieve direct sales, and significantly grow market share.

- Proactively identify new market opportunities, competitive trends, and strategic partnerships to expand the company's footprint in the global EdTech landscape.

- Maintain high-level relationships with key accounts and strategic clients, acting as the ultimate escalation point for major business deals.

Team Leadership and Sales Operations Management:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the International Sales Team, overseeing daily sales operations and managing the full sales process lifecycle.

- Set clear, measurable sales targets (KPIs), monitor daily and weekly sales performance metrics, and implement effective corrective actions to ensure consistent target achievement.

- Oversee the continuous development of the sales team, providing coaching and mentorship necessary for high-ticket international sales success.

- Ensure sales goals are consistently aligned with overall company objectives through close collaboration with marketing, product, and finance departments.

Client Requirement Mapping and Collaboration:

- Expertly map detailed customer requirements across products, services, and solutions that need to be offered to the end user/customer, translating needs into compelling value propositions.

- Independently assist and accompany various delegations (internal and external) and liaise effectively with concerned internal departments (e.g., Legal, Product Development) to discharge complex responsibilities effectively.

- Track and manage the sales pipeline using appropriate CRM tools, providing accurate forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and procedures, particularly those related to international sales compliance and data handling.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Experience: Mandatory 12+ years of International EdTech/Education sales experience.

Global BD: Proven success in business development in different regions of the world to generate enquiries, drive sales, and grow market share.

Leadership: Extensive experience in handling and leading a team of International Sales professionals.

Client Mapping: Advanced skill in mapping customer requirements in terms of products/services/solutions and developing targeted proposals.

Sales Operations: Expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and tracking performance metrics.
