The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO will provide high-level administrative, analytical, and strategic support to the CEO's office. The role involves coordinating key initiatives, managing data and reports, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical, Excel, and presentation skills with working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO for day-to-day management.
- Coordinate and track strategic initiatives, action items, and project progress across departments.
- Prepare professional reports, dashboards, and business presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI/Tableau.
- Analyze hospital performance metrics, MIS reports, and financial summaries for management review.
- Schedule, coordinate, and document meetings, reviews, and internal communications for the CEO's office.
- Liaise with HODs, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure timely information flow.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Support in preparing data-driven presentations for management reviews, board meetings, and strategic discussions.
