AIG Hospitals - AI Research Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct AI and machine learning research focused on healthcare and medical data applications.

- Develop, train, and optimize predictive and diagnostic models using clinical, genomic, and imaging data.

- Collaborate with clinical researchers and bioinformatics teams to translate research findings into practical hospital solutions.

- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation using large-scale healthcare datasets.

- Prepare research publications, technical reports, and presentations to share findings with internal and external stakeholders.

- Contribute to the development of AI-based decision support systems for improved patient outcomes.

- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, ML, and healthcare informatics.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong programming knowledge in Python / R / TensorFlow / PyTorch.

- Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).

- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning frameworks.

- Understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research writing skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
