Role Overview:
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will serve as the critical bridge between complex business requirements and high-performance technical execution. You will lead the discovery process for large-scale initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable project roadmaps. Your work will directly influence the architectural direction of our platforms and ensure that our delivery aligns with long-term strategic objectives, ultimately driving efficiency and measurable value for our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow documentation.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support UAT, requirement traceability, and project documentation.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience in the Insurance domain (P&C).
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Education:
- MBA / B.Tech (B-School)
