- As Program Manager Strategy & Operations, you will be the planner and traffic director for our entire customer delivery system.
- You will assure cost and schedule performance across the full portfolio, from satellite tasking to AI modeling and analysis to web and mobile app delivery.
- In a rapidly scaling environment, you will cut through noise, balance competing priorities, and guide internal teams toward what matters most: delivering faster, higher-impact results for every AiDASH customer.
Responsibilities:
- Build and run AiDASH's PMO with tools, practices, and dashboards that give transparency across the entire portfolio.
- Plan and manage the master delivery schedule across satellite vendors, AI/analytics, and app delivery, and replan as new sales enter the system.
- Optimize cost and schedule performance by managing throughput and resource allocation across all delivery teams.
- Create clarity and accountability by calling out risks early and ensuring the organization addresses them head-on.
- Set priorities and hold the line, even when multiple project teams believe their work is most urgent.
- Influence without authority while ensuring that decisions are made on facts, not optimistic assumptions.
- Report portfolio health with accuracy, objectivity, and persistence, building trust with leadership and customer-facing teams.
- Continuously improve the delivery system to increase throughput, reduce delays, and drive faster customer outcomes.
Requirments:
- Proven experience managing multi-project portfolios with a focus on cost and schedule performance.
- Strong leadership without direct authority, able to influence and redirect stakeholders across silos.
- Confidence to say no, reset priorities, and enforce discipline when required.
- Meticulous, data-driven planning with comfort building and running dashboards.
- Ability to cut through competing narratives and create a clear, fact-based view of delivering health.
- Self-starter who drives their own work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in standing up or running a Program Management Office (PMO).
- Familiarity with SaaS B2B delivery, consulting engagements, or infrastructure/industrial portfolios.
- Exposure to program and portfolio tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI, or Tableau.
