AiDash is an AI-First vertical SaaS company enabling satellite-powered operations and maintenance in core industries with distributed assets. AiDash uses high-resolution, multispectral imagery and SAR data from the world's leading satellite constellations for our proprietary AI models which facilitate timely predictions for efficient asset operations and maintenance activities. Core Responsibilities : At AiDash, Data sciences is at the heart of the organization. Our advanced models help our customers save millions of dollars and plan their activities better. We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work with the Data Science team in applying a business filter over all the models being developed and will deliver analytics that enhance the value of our offerings to our clients. The incumbent will be expected to : 1. Work closely with our clients and understand the core business problems that need to be solved 2. Independently work with Data Science team to break down the business problems into structured elements that AI can solve 3. Closely collaborate on model development by providing business inputs 4. Validate model results with a business specific eye 5. Present solutions to our clients in clear and effective manner 6. Generate ideas for solving problems better and continuously innovate We are looking for strong, self-motivated individuals with knack for numbers and attention to detail. As a fairly small and tightly knit organization, the individual will have high exposure to various work streams in the organization. This will be an individual contributor role. Qualifications : - Bachelors in an analytical/technical discipline from a Top Tier/Tier-1 institution such as IIT/NIT/BITS etc. - Post graduation in management would be a plus. - 1-3 years work experience in business analytics domain - Strong communication skills - Proficient in business analytics tools - Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time
