Role Title: AI Transformation Partner (External Shortlisting for Pilot Engagement)

MANDATE:

We are seeking a mid-sized, execution-focused AI / Digital Transformation candidate to:

- Identify, quantify, and implement high-impact AI opportunities within one business division.

The engagement must deliver:

- Concrete AI use-cases (not theory)

- Clear ROI with value impact

- Defined execution roadmap (90180 days)

SCOPE OF WORK: (Phase 1 4 Weeks Only)

The selected person will:

1. Business Deep Dive

- Analyze one division (Manufacturing / Real Estate / Distribution)

Understand:

- Processes

- Cost structures

- Bottlenecks

- Revenue drivers

2. AI Opportunity Identification

- Identify 510 high-impact AI use cases

Categorize into:

- Cost reduction

- Revenue increase

- Working capital optimization

3. ROI Quantification (MANDATORY)

For EACH use case, must provide:

- Estimated impact (annual)

- Implementation cost

- Payback period

- Confidence level (high/medium/low)

No ROI = disqualified

4. Execution Blueprint

90180 day implementation roadmap

- Tech stack required

- Integration approach (ERP / existing systems)

- Internal team required (roles, not theory)

5. Prioritization

Recommend Top 23 use cases

With:

- Fastest ROI

- Lowest execution friction

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have REAL industrial experience

- Manufacturing / supply chain / industrial AI

- Not just chatbot / marketing AI agencies

2. Have delivered measurable ROI

Must show:

- Case studies with numbers

- Before vs After impact

3. Are execution-first

- Not strategy consultants

- Not Big 4-style PPT makers

4. Can work with existing systems

- ERP / legacy systems / operational data

- No rebuild everything approach
