AI Transformation Lead/Product Manager - Sales/Operations

Purpose to hire this position: We are seeking an innovative and business-savvy individual to join as an AI Product Manager for Sales/Operations. Key Responsibilities :

Project Ideation:

- Collaborate with the AI team and business stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities in sales/operations processes.

- Propose innovative AI-driven solutions (e.g., NLP-based email automation) tailored to specific business requirements.

Requirement Gathering & Detailing:

- Work closely with office teams to understand their operational challenges and requirements.

- Develop detailed product requirement documents and use cases for proposed AI solutions.

Implementation:

- Oversee pilot projects to ensure they meet predefined business objectives.

- Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units during development and deployment phases.

Scaling AI Projects:

- Roll out successful pilot projects to other offices and regions.

- Ensure uniform adoption and customization based on regional requirements.

Performance Measurement:

- Define KPIs and success metrics for each AI project.

- Monitor and evaluate the ROI and impact of implemented solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Regularly update senior leadership on project progress and outcomes.

- Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency across teams.
