Role : Technical AI Project Manager

Work Mode : Hyderabad/Chennai

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full lifecycle of projects for different AI products within the team portfolio using Agile methodologies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

- Manage the SNOW (ServiceNow), our IT service ticket management system, queue for AIPS products, resolving and triaging user issues, and escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical issues, contribute to solution design, and ensure effective implementation.

- Proactively track project progress, identify and manage risks, and provide clear and concise status reports to stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects.

- Proven experience working within an Agile development environment.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW), or any IT service ticket management system, including queue management and issue resolution.

- Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and AI concepts.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
