Job Overview:
The AI Specialist will drive AI/ML initiatives across the bank, focusing on credit underwriting, fraud detection, customer segmentation, process automation, and ethical AI and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models for credit risk, fraud detection, and automation
- Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
- Work with data teams for model development and deployment
- Ensure model explainability, fairness, and compliance (RBI guidelines)
- Monitor model performance and optimize continuously
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Data Science
- Postgraduate degree (M.Tech / M.Sc in AI/ML/Data Science or equivalent)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 4+ years in AI/ML development and deployment
- Experience in banking / fintech / financial services preferred
- Hands-on experience with ML, NLP, or Generative AI use cases
Required Skills:
- ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Data handling: Python, SQL, Pandas, Spark
- MLOps: MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Understanding of BFSI use cases (credit risk, fraud, etc.)
