We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Consultant who can bridge the gap between business challenges and AI-powered solutions. This role combines strategic consulting, hands-on AI implementation, and client relationship management to deliver transformative AI solutions across enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consulting & Solution Design:
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis and needs assessment for prospective and existing clients
- Identify opportunities for AI-powered automation and process optimization across various business functions
- Design end-to-end solution architectures that align with client business objectives and technical constraints
- Provide strategic recommendations on AI adoption roadmaps and implementation approaches
2. Process Redesigning & Reengineering with AI
- Analyze current business workflows and document as-is process flows
- Design to-be processes that leverage AI Agents, Conversational AI, and intelligent automation
- Map out conversation flows, decision trees, and integration touchpoints for AI implementations
- Identify process metrics and KPIs to measure improvement post-AI implementation
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to redesign customer journeys and operational workflows, BPM Diagrams & workflow specifications
3. Prompt Engineering & AI Optimization
- Develop, test, and refine prompts for multimodal AI agents across various use cases
- Optimize AI agent responses for accuracy, context-awareness, and natural conversation flow
4. Project Execution & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end implementation of AI solutions from scoping to deployment
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Technical Specifications, and API documentation
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent client engagements
5. Client Relationship & Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews and present performance metrics and improvement recommendations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client base
- Manage client expectations and proactively address concerns or escalations
6. Case Study Development & Thought Leadership
- Document implementation success stories and measurable business outcomes
- Create compelling case studies highlighting ROI, efficiency gains, and customer satisfaction improvements
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
