Role Overview:

We are seeking a commercially driven AI Solutions Architect to design and implement AI powered solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem (Outlook, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure AI, etc.) to generate actionable insights for the commercial organization. This role will integrate data across customer communications, CRM pipelines, sales activities, and pricing inputs to enable data-driven decisions on customer prioritization, product focus, opportunity pipeline acceleration, intelligent pricing, and target-based commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build AI models and automation workflows within the Microsoft ecosystem to analyse: Customer communications (Outlook, Teams), CRM data (Dynamics 365), Opportunity pipelines and win probabilities, and Product performance trends.

- Develop intelligent lead scoring and customer prioritization frameworks.

- Provide predictive insights on accounts and products driving revenue growth.

- Build pricing intelligence models using margin targets, historical deal data, and customer inputs.

- Integrate platforms including Outlook (email insights), Teams (meeting insights, transcripts), Dynamics 365 (pipeline intelligence), Power BI (dashboards), Power Automate (workflow automation), and Azure AI & Copilot.

- Ensure seamless data flow for real-time commercial visibility.

- Develop dashboards for leadership to track pricing, conversion, and pipeline trends.

- Create AI insights to support: High-probability deal identification, Strategic account focus, Cross-sell and upsell, and Pricing optimization.

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align AI outputs with revenue targets.

- Translate commercial strategy into AI-enabled workflows.

- Support cross-functional integration across Finance, Operations, and HR.

- Drive best practices in data governance, AI usage, and system interoperability.

Scope:

- Selection of AI models, solution architecture, and analytics approaches.

- Technology stack decisions within Microsoft and Azure ecosystem.

- MLOps strategy, deployment, and release cycles.

- Prioritization of technical scalability and system improvements.

- Business case development and AI investment decisions.

- Data governance, privacy, and compliance alignment.

- KPI definition and process design with commercial and operations leaders.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Masters degree preferred.

Experience:

- 10- 15+ years in AI/analytics, solution architecture, or enterprise data platforms.

- Proven experience in deploying AI solutions at scale in enterprise environments.

- Strong exposure to Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365).

- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

- Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations analytics is highly desirable.
