AI Program Manager - Private Equity Platform

Our client is a leading India-focused private equity platform investing in established businesses across sectors, with a focus on partnering with management teams to drive long-term value creation.

They are looking to hire an AI Program Manager to lead AI-driven transformation across portfolio companies as well as within the fund itself.

This person will work with senior stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, create roadmaps, prioritize use cases, drive implementation, and ensure measurable outcomes. The role combines AI program leadership, business transformation, stakeholder management, and change management.

Key responsibilities:

Across portfolio companies:

- Identify high-impact AI use cases

- Build phased AI roadmaps

- Drive pilots and scaled implementations

- Coordinate with management teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors

- Lead adoption and change management

- Ensure measurable business outcomes

Within The Fund:

- Identify internal AI use cases across investment, operating, and support teams

- Help define Kedaaras internal AI roadmap

- Evaluate and support implementation of AI tools and workflows

- Improve internal productivity, knowledge access, research, diligence support, and decision support through AI

- Drive adoption, training, and practical enablement across teams

Candidate profile:

- 5-7 years of experience in transformation, consulting, program leadership, enterprise technology, digital, or AI-related roles

- Strong understanding of AI and strong curiosity for the space

- Strong understanding of business operations

- Experience leading cross-functional transformation in medium or large organizations

- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability

- Practical, structured, and execution-focused
