AI Program Manager

About the Role :

We are hiring an experienced AI Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of AI-powered products and enterprise technology initiatives for a fast-growing global technology company. This role requires someone who can bridge business and engineering, manage complex cross-functional programs, and ensure seamless execution from planning through production.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, AI/ML teams, Design, QA, and Executive Leadership to deliver scalable AI solutions while driving operational excellence and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end program delivery for AI and enterprise software initiatives.

- Define program plans, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and Business teams to translate business objectives into execution plans.

- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and retrospectives.

- Monitor delivery health through KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.

- Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, blockers, and dependencies.

- Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams to ensure timely product releases.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Lead governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and program status updates.

- Drive continuous process improvements and delivery excellence.

- Support product launches, post-release monitoring, and operational readiness.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of Program Management or Technical Program Management experience.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS or technology products.

- Hands-on experience working with AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or LLM-powered products.

- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Experience managing Agile/Scrum programs using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to work across Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and Leadership teams.

- Experience managing roadmaps, releases, resource planning, risk management, and dependency tracking.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to Agentic AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, or AI platform development.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.

- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent Program Management certification.

- Prior experience in fast-paced startup or product-based environments.
