AI Product/Program Management Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Product/Program Management Manager to lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and governance of enterprise AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, program delivery, stakeholder management, and AI/ML technologies, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise AI/ML initiatives.

- Manage end-to-end AI programs, including planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery.

- Work with business and technology stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate them into product requirements.

- Coordinate with data science, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.

- Establish program governance, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

- Evaluate AI/ML solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives, architecture, and technology standards.

- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on program progress, risks, and outcomes.

- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of AI products and capabilities across the organization.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Experience in AI/ML product management or program management.

- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and technologies.

- Experience managing technology programs involving multiple stakeholders and teams.

- Strong skills in product strategy, roadmap planning, and delivery management.

- Ability to work with data science and engineering teams on AI/ML initiatives.

- Good understanding of AI solution architecture and enterprise technology environments.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
