Job Description: AI Product Manager
Education:
- B.Tech/B.E or MBA from Tier-1 institutes (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIMs, ISB, or equivalent)
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI/ML-driven products
- Exposure to or understanding of LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, embeddings, or applied machine learning workflows

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Deep curiosity about AI and a sharp instinct for whats technically feasible (LLMs, NLP, Vision, embeddings)
- Customer obsession keeping real-world user problems at the center of every model or feature
- Comfort operating in probabilistic environments where systems may not always be 100% right
- Passion for building scalable, ethical, and responsible AI systems
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, data science, design, analytics, and business teams
What Purpose You Will Serve:
- Identify high-value AI use cases and shape the roadmap end-to-end from data collection to model deployment
- Translate ambiguous business goals into crisp, actionable technical requirements for AI/ML engineers
- Establish success metrics that balance business KPIs (revenue, retention, efficiency) with model performance (precision, recall, latency)
- Proactively manage AI risks hallucinations, bias, drift, and privacy constraints
- Collaborate seamlessly with engineers, DS, design, analytics, and business teams to bring AI features to life
- Continuously track the evolving AI landscape and ensure products stay ahead
