Role Overview:

As an AI Product Manager at Questhiring, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing the product strategy for our AI-driven talent solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define, build, and launch innovative features leveraging LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI to enhance our platform's capabilities. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition process, benefiting both our clients and the candidates we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered features within the Questhiring platform, aligning with overall business goals.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the AI-driven talent acquisition space.

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories for development.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resource availability.

- Lead the development and launch of new AI-powered features, including LLM-based candidate matching, RAG-enhanced knowledge retrieval, and Generative AI-driven content creation.

- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product messaging.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI, and evaluate their potential application to the Questhiring platform.

- Explore and implement Agentic AI concepts to automate and optimize various aspects of the talent acquisition process.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies for AI-driven products, with a focus on LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI.

- Proven experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform product decisions.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and align stakeholders across different teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.

- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- 6-10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI and machine learning.

- Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
