Role Overview:

As an AI Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our AI-powered products. Your day-to-day will involve defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for innovative solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, as well as engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into compelling product features. Ultimately, you'll be responsible for delivering AI products that delight our users, drive business growth, and establish us as a leader in the AI space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities.

- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet customer needs and emerging trends in the AI landscape.

- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for the engineering and design teams.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business priorities.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product features and improve the user experience.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our products.

- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies for AI-powered products, resulting in measurable business outcomes.

- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise product requirements and user stories.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Deep understanding of the AI landscape, including LLMs, Agentic AI, and related technologies.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
