- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and team members to define problems, identify solutions, and validate product decisions
- Own the product roadmap and strategy for AI Products, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, working closely with engineering teams
- Drive monetization strategies to ensure product sustainability and growth
- Analyze product metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the user experience
- Lead the outcome driven development process, including sprint planning, backlog prioritizations, and release management.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS products
- Strong experience in product monetization and pricing strategies
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Experience managing or mentoring other team members (APMs, analysts)
- Strong user empathy and a track record of building products that solve real user problems
- Understanding of AI technologies/conversational bots, particularly in business processes
- Background in enterprise or B2B software products
- Track record of monetizing AI products or features
- Experience with pricing strategy and implementation
- History of building and launching successful products from concept to market
