Opening: AI Product Manager

Location: Ahmedabad (SG Highway), Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer needs.

- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to bring features to life.

- Identify product opportunities at the intersection of GenAI, automation, and decision intelligence.

- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform product direction.

- Write clear and concise product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Define and track product KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and inform iterations.

- Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to guide agile development cycles.

- Prioritize features, bugs, and tech improvements to balance delivery speed and quality.

- Act as the voice of the user while balancing technical constraints and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of hands-on Product Management experience, launching and iterating digital products.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development workflows.

- Proficient in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Trello, Notion, or equivalent.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset with a working knowledge of data tools (e., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).

- Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.

- Willingness to experiment with prompts or AI tools in your workflow.
