AI Product Manager

Description:

We're looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the deployment of complex AI agentic solutions for large financial institutions.

In this role, you'll be at the intersection of clients, product, and tech, acting as a strategic player who can design and develop bespoke solutions leveraging the company's platforms and other AI tools, while leading technical engagements to directly influence how our technology evolves.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with client stakeholders (compliance, legal, risk, IT, and operations) to understand complex problems and systems.

- Design and build bespoke solutions and workflows, integrating the company seamlessly into client ecosystems.

- Take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, resolving challenges during all phases of implementation.

- Build and maintain a network of senior stakeholders within client organizations.

- Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and adoption.

- Translate nuanced client needs into clear technical requirements for engineers.

- Identify opportunities for new features and solutions that address emerging regulatory needs.

Requirements:

- 5-7 years' experience as a Product Manager with an engineering background.

- Experience in platform or enterprise software solutions.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable in client-facing roles with senior stakeholders.

- Fluent in Portuguese and English.

- Willing to work on-site in client offices (Lisbon) with occasional travel to London.
