AI Product Engineer

Overview:

We are looking for an AI Product Engineer to join our team full-time on-site. This role is for someone with good LLM understanding, strong Python development skills, and hands-on experience in prompt and context engineering for building agents. You will own the technical roadmap of our AI Agents, ensuring smooth delivery from concept to deployment, and translating research breakthroughs into usable product features.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build Scalable Agentic systems using LLMs (Gemini/ChatGPT etc)

- Design and implement LLM-driven workflows using Prompt and Context Engineering

- Take ownership of the AI product roadmap and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

- Write clean, efficient Python code for backend logic, integrations, and AI pipelines

- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (Claude, Cursor etc.) for rapid development.

- Debug, optimize, and enhance AI feature performance in collaboration with teams

- Work cross-functionally with product and design teams to ensure meet user needs.

Minimum Requirements:

- ~2 years of professional software development experience.

- Above-average LLM usage and understanding (prompt design, context engineering).

- Experience with building Agents and Context/Prompt Engineering

- Strong Python programming skills (API integration, automation, backend logic).

- Hands-on experience with prompt and context engineering.

- Exposure to AI API integration and deployment.

- Ability to own and drive projects independently from concept to launch.

- B.Tech / B.E. in any field

- Understanding of basic software architecture and scaling considerations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
