Job Title: AI Data Analyst Marketing & Sales

Role Purpose

We are seeking an AI-first Data Scientist to deep-dive into our client and broker data, uncover insights, and drive smarter decisions across marketing and sales. This role is for someone who loves experimenting with code, dashboards, AI tools, and data scraping a true data geek who can turn raw information into growth strategies

Data Analysis & Insights:

- Explore and analyze client and broker data to uncover trends, gaps, and new growth opportunities.

- Use predictive analytics to understand lead conversion, client lifetime value, and more.

- Build and manage data scraping tools to keep tabs on competitors, market trends, and external signals.

Dashboards & Reporting:

- Create dynamic dashboards showing key marketing and sales metrics like CPL, CAC, ROI, and funnel performance.

- Design money dashboards that help pinpoint where revenue is coming from and where were losing it.

- Provide daily snapshots and weekly reports that guide marketing and sales decisions.

Creative & Content Analytics:

- Analyze media reports and turn insights into content recommendations.

- Track trends, keywords, hashtags, and social engagement to guide content strategy.

- Help content creators craft smarter, data-driven stories.

Funnel Optimization & Attribution:

- Own the full marketing-to-sales funnel, from lead to qualified lead to closed client.

- Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns.

- Build attribution models that show whats really driving revenue.

- Work closely with the sales team each week to align campaigns with real-world goals.

Future-Focused & AI-First:

- Keep exploring the latest AI tools, niche data platforms, and innovative approaches to analysis.

- Help shape what real estate marketing and sales could look like in 2026 with a strong focus on AI-powered, direct-to-client strategies.
