AI Consulting Leadership Role

Our client is a global consulting firm hiring senior consulting leaders with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and enterprise transformation. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for professionals who can combine AI capabilities with business consulting to drive large-scale client impact.

The role requires professionals with strong client-facing consulting experience and the ability to translate complex business challenges into AI-led solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead AI consulting engagements and large-scale transformation programs

- Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to define AI-led business strategies

- Drive consulting sales, proposals, client pitches, and transformation initiatives

- Identify AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, Automation, and Analytics-led business opportunities

- Manage strategic client relationships and deliver high-impact consulting outcomes

- Lead and mentor large consulting teams across delivery and practice development

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven solutions and business use cases

- Drive AI transformation programs for large enterprise clients

Your Profile

- 17+ years of consulting and transformation experience

- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, or AI/ML technologies

- Mandatory consulting background with exposure to client advisory and stakeholder management

- Proven ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions

- Experience managing large transformation programs and consulting engagements

- Strong communication, executive presence, and business development capabilities

- Experience working with senior leadership and Fortune 500 clients preferred

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
