About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager (Account-Based) to design, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and measurable ROI. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B account-based marketing (ABM), data analytics, and multi-channel campaign execution across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Develop and execute account-based performance marketing strategies targeting high-value B2B clients.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to define target accounts, buyer personas, and campaign goals.
- Create personalized ad journeys and messaging for different stages of the buyer funnel.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and minimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
- Drive continuous A/B testing and conversion rate optimization across landing pages and ad creatives.
- Integrate marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) for precise audience targeting.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to align campaign assets with brand tone and messaging.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for leadership and client presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, analytics, and account-based marketing technologies.
Key Skillsets:
- 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in account-based marketing.
- Proven expertise in managing high-performing paid campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Display/Retargeting tools.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead scoring, and pipeline acceleration strategies.
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
