Role Summary:
The Business Development Manager - Service Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through consultative selling of AI, analytics, and digital transformation services. The role focuses on building long-term enterprise relationships, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and positioning high-value service offerings with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end service sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline across mid-market and enterprise clients
- Engage CXOs and senior decision-makers to identify business challenges and solution opportunities
- Position AI, analytics, and digital transformation services through consultative selling
- Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and solutions
- Drive account-based selling strategies and long-term client relationships
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value service engagements
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting metrics
- Represent the organization at client meetings, events, and industry forums

Required Skill Sets:
- Strong experience in enterprise and consulting services sales
- Proven track record in selling AI, data, analytics, cloud, or digital transformation services
- Deep understanding of consultative and solution-based selling approaches
- Ability to engage and influence CXO and senior leadership stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting practices
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in service sales or enterprise consulting sales
- MBA or relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
