
Business Development Manager
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Drive sales strategies and execution to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and delivery to ensure alignment with business goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Develop customized proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements for prospective clients
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and sales presentations
- Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue metrics using CRM and analytics tools
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to leadership for strategic planning
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies focused on revenue growth
- Experience in market research, strategy development, and competitive analysis
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in the technology, AI, SaaS, or education sector is an advantage
- Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
- Exposure to solution-based or consultative selling models
