
Business Analyst - Customer Relationship Management

We are hiring a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our AI Labs CRM Pod.
The role involves gathering business requirements, optimizing CRM processes, supporting implementation, and ensuring system adoption.
Ideal candidates will have strong analytical, communication, and CRM skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Collaborate with tech teams on CRM customization and implementation
- Improve CRM processes for Sales, Marketing & Support teams
- Conduct UAT and define test cases
- Develop training materials and support user adoption
- Generate CRM reports and dashboards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Stay updated with D365 CRM features and enhancements
Mandatory Skills:
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst (preferably in D365 CRM)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Strong requirement gathering & documentation skills
- Experience with CRM customization, workflows, Power Automate & Power Apps
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
