AI/Agentic AI Product Manager - FinTech/Banking/BFSI/AI-First FinTech

Role Overview:

We are looking for a techno-product driven Product Manager with 8-11 years of experience in Fintech, banking, or payments, who has hands-on experience building AI-driven or Agentic AI based financial products.

The ideal candidate should have end-to-end product ownership experience, from ideation and product design to launch and scale, particularly in AI-powered financial workflows and programmable KYC-based customer onboarding systems.

This role requires a strong blend of product strategy, technology understanding, AI product thinking, and fintech domain expertise, especially in customer onboarding, compliance workflows, and identity verification products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for AI-driven fintech/banking products.

2. Identify opportunities to build or enhance AI/Agentic AI powered workflows in banking and payments products.

3. Define product strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

4. Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable product features.

5. Lead the development of AI-driven or Agentic AI powered fintech products, including AI-based financial workflow automation

Required Qualifications:

- 8-11 years of product management experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or payments.

- Proven experience building or managing AI-powered or Agentic AI based fintech products.

- Coding/development experience is mandatory

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in computer science, engineering, or a technical discipline is preferred.

- Familiarity with payments infrastructure, banking APIs, or embedded finance platforms.
