Job Description: Project Manager / Project Lead High-Rise Construction & Optimization

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Project Lead / Project Manager specializing in High-Rise Building Projects. The ideal candidate will spearhead project optimization strategies, driving cost efficiency without compromising on quality or safety. You will act as the critical bridge between the clients main architect, internal multidisciplinary teams, and site execution, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with international standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Project Optimization & Cost Control:

- Take the lead role in driving, controlling, and implementing value engineering and optimization strategies across the project lifecycle.

- Evaluate construction methods to determine the most cost-effective plans, schedules, and materials.

- Monitor project budgets continuously, ensuring strict compliance and identifying potential cost-overrun risks early.

2. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting:

- Coordinate seamlessly with the clients main architect, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and internal teams to execute optimization goals.

- Manage timelines strictly to ensure optimization results are achieved within the stipulated framework.

- Prepare and present weekly progress reports consolidating updates from Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams, explicitly highlighting cost savings achieved.

3. Project Planning & Site Execution:

- Plan, execute, and monitor high-rise construction activities from inception to handover, ensuring strict adherence to contractual timelines.

- Oversee civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works, ensuring seamless integration between structural elements and building services.

- Implement Project Execution Plans (PEP) and track daily/weekly site progress against master schedules.

4. Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE):

- Implement and maintain top-tier Quality Standards across all phases of construction.

- Enforce Safety, Health, and Environment (EHS) plans in strict accordance with ISO norms and specific client expectations.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure zero-compromise on site safety and structural quality.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

Key Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven track record with relevant experience in High-Rise Building Projects (Residential/Commercial/Mixed-use).

- Education: Bachelors / Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.

- Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings, value engineering principles, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Core Competencies:

- Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to command authority on-site while maintaining a collaborative relationship with external architects and client representatives.
