The Role: - Preparing and finalizing Tax audit reports with auditors. - Preparation of advance tax, computation of Income, and Income tax returns. - Ensuring compliance with TDS-related provisions and filing of returns as applicable - Preparing Current Tax & deferred work for the financial reporting - Reviewing and suggesting improvements in the systems and procedures around tax accounting and identifying areas of automation around Tax reportings and leading implementation of that automation. - Reviewing monthly GST workings and ensuring timely submission of GST returns. - Review GSTR 2A/2B reconciliation and initiate timely action to reduce GST leakages. - Reviewing GST annual returns filing. - Identifying opportunities to optimize tax and work with the stakeholders / Business teams to structure transactions in a tax-efficient manner. - Managing tax assessments, ensuring timely submission of replies and data to assessing authorities, and representing the matter with the tax authorities. - Managing Tax Due diligence and handling investors' queries. Qualifications we look for: - Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience working in the Direct and indirect tax domain for a Mid-sized Company. - Experience leading team of 2-3 members. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders. - Strong analytical and time management skills. - Self-motivated person, with keen attention to detail. - Most importantly, we are looking for passionate intrapreneurs who want to work at the grass root level, drive impact in India's biggest sector & Help Farmers Win!
