Responsibilities
- Map and analyze retailer journeys across the B2B app (onboarding, engagement, ordering, credit usage, commerce) to identify friction points and opportunities.
- Use SQL (must-have) and BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar) to build dashboards and generate insights that drive decision-making.
- Spot actionable moments from data and retailer feedback that can influence feature priorities and business initiatives.
- Write clear user stories, journey flows, and wireframes for upcoming features and enhancements.
- Partner with engineering, design, and business/category teams to deliver impactful product improvements.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and reports that link product usage with business outcomes (e.g., order frequency, engagement metrics).
- Continuously improve dashboards, metrics definitions, and reporting frameworks for better usability across teams.
Qualifications we look for:
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Management / Product Analytics, ideally with mobile or B2B apps.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory).
- Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other BI tools for dashboarding and data visualization.
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Exposure to user-facing applications with a passion for improving UX and business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and execution skills.
