agrifood processors are linked with the customized processing needs of major buyers in both domestic and global markets. Additionally, Agrizy assists these processors in sourcing raw materials from farm-gate aggregators and FPOs, standardizing their operations and processing facilities through technology, obtaining quality certifications, and enabling access to working capital from formal lenders at competitive rates.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Manager - Revenue Expansion (Enterprise Sales RM) to drive enterprise sales and revenue growth within the financial services ecosystem. The role involves pitching credit intelligence/credit report solutions (designed in-house) to FIs (Banks, NBFCs, and Fintechs), DSAs/CAs, Insurance Agencies etc., and expanding strategic partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive enterprise sales by acquiring and managing clients across Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech companies.

- Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions.

- Drive revenue through sales of credit reports, financial data solutions, and risk assessment products.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.

- Lead end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.

- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, and finance) to deliver customized solutions.

- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategy.

- Monitor revenue performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably in credit bureaus, fintech, or financial data solutions.

- Proven experience in selling credit reports/risk/data products to Banks, NBFCs, or Fintechs.

- A strong network within financial institutions is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of financial services ecosystem, lending workflows, and credit risk assessment.

- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
