Agrizy - Manager - Credit - Supply Chain Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end credit evaluation for a diverse portfolio of large, mid-sized, and emerging corporate clients, with a sharp focus on risk assessment and business sustainability.

- Drive credit decisions by analyzing buyer business models, financial health, industry dynamics, and on-ground market intelligence.

- Conduct commodity and sector risk analysis across key agricultural value chains, identifying trends, vulnerabilities, and growth opportunities.

- Build and manage a high-quality credit portfolio with a strong emphasis on proactive risk monitoring and minimizing defaults.

- Draft and periodically review Credit Policies in line with business and regulatory requirements.

- Present key risk observations, mitigants, and recommendations to the Credit Committee.

- Partner closely with business, operations, and leadership teams to drive smooth and efficient credit evaluation processes.

- Maintain strong documentation and compliance standards aligned with audit and risk requirement

- Play a key role in building scalable credit practices in a fast-growing business environment where ownership, judgment, and commercial thinking are highly valued

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate credit evaluation or credit risk management.

- Strong understanding of corporate credit underwriting and risk assessment frameworks.

- Good knowledge of financial statement analysis, financial ratios, and credit evaluation methodologies.

- Exposure to agri-commodity, trading, or related sectors will be an added advantage.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

- Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate risk perspectives.

- Ability to manage multiple evaluations simultaneously and work within defined timelines in a fast-paced environment.
