We want to transform the traditional supply chain and infuse it with technology, modern retail best practices & data science for credit underwriting. Our journey: Agrim in a fast-growing agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-inputs marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed. AGRIM has scaled up rapidly across India, with 10% of the overall customer universe already on-boarded on the platform. Having closed our Series A round of funding (to be announced publicly in the coming weeks) with Tier-1 investors, we are very well capitalized. Solve Challenging and Muddy problems leveraging the Fundamentals of Data Science and Analytics. You need to have hunger to bring change in the organization leveraging the power of Data 2. Experience building and designing complex Problems 3. Design & execute experiments and analyze experimental results 4. Ensure end to end problem solving from designing phase to execution Phase and driving Consumption Requirements : 1. Graduate from IITs/NITs/IIMs 2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements 2-3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or a similar role involving data extraction, analysis, and Problem Solving 3. Proficiency in solving Problems using First Principle Approach 1-4 years of experience in analytics Space solving challenging problems 4. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away 5. A keen learner and willing to adapt to new environments 6. Can lead, work independently as well as play a key role in a team
