About the Role:
This is a high-impact role working directly with Agrims Founders (ex-IIT/IIM, ex-entrepreneurs with successful exits). As a mini-CEO, youll drive cross-functional growth projects, from 01 launches to 10x scale-ups, blending strategy, execution, and problem-solving in one of Indias fastest-growing agri-tech marketplaces.
What Youll Do:
- Work with Founders: Shape and execute Agrims growth strategy across demand, supply, ops, fintech, HR, and product.
- Lead High-Stakes Projects: Drive 01 category launches, scaling strategies, fintech/credit pilots, and customer retention initiatives.
- Build Org Muscle: Set up OKRs, appraisals, salary benchmarking, and operating frameworks for the company.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Define, refine, and track key business metrics to unlock growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage stakeholders across teams and ensure projects move from strategy to execution.
What Were Looking For:
- MBA/Bachelors from Tier-1 institute.
- 3 to 5 years in management consulting / high-growth startups / strategy roles.
