Role Overview:

This is a high-impact role where you will solve critical business problems using data, structured experimentation, and scalable processes to drive revenue and customer retention. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to design, execute, and track high-leverage initiatives that improve customer cohorts, account coverage, and overall business efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data thinking, moves fast from data insight to action, and wants to grow into a business leadership role in a high-growth, execution-first environment

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Analyse ongoing business processes & provide strategic insights.

New Initiative: Drive new projects from concept to implementation.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse complex data to identify trends & insights.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between multiple teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment on project objectives.

Reporting & Documentation: Create detailed business cases, reports, and documentation to support decision-making and project execution.

Some of projects you will drive as soon as you get in:

- Own overall customer retention and business from retained customers.

- Plan & execute new projects to increase cohort wise customer retention.

- Design and optimize customer allocation strategy for Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure balanced workloads, higher productivity, and better customer coverage.

- Identify and prioritize the right SKUs for customer outreach based on demand trends, margin potential, and business priorities.

Requirement:

- Must be proficient in Excel & SQL & must have prior experience in high growth startup.

- Candidate with python experience will have advantage in the role.

- MBA/Bachelors from Tier-1 institute.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy / founder office / project management / data science roles.

- Action bias thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
