AGRIM - Program Manager - Supply Chain Control Tower - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Program Manager Control Tower to own end-to-end supply chain control tower operations and drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional program execution, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong program management, stakeholder management, and analytics skills, with hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the end-to-end Control Tower operations for the supply chain.

- Define, track, and monitor key operational metrics to improve network performance.

- Lead cross-functional change management initiatives, including rollout of new products, processes, and operational programs.

- Drive end-to-end implementation of new SOPs, including documentation, team training, adoption tracking, and governance.

- Maintain and continuously improve the SOP repository to ensure process standardization.

- Identify opportunities for operational excellence through data-driven insights and process optimization.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across critical business metrics such as Return Order %, Cancellation %, Post-delivery Issues, SLA Adherence, and Operational Productivity.

- Build dashboards and perform deep-dive analysis using SQL to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Operations, Engineering, and Business teams to execute high-impact initiatives.

Skill Sets Required:

- UG/PG from Tier-1 institutes (Mandatory).

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Control Tower, Supply Chain, or Logistics Program Management.

- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or E-commerce companies.

- Strong working knowledge of SQL (Mandatory).

- Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking ability.
