Role Overview

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role focused on driving customer retention and retailer engagement.

The role involves leading key initiatives that improve repeat purchase behaviour, strengthen customer cohorts, and enhance overall business efficiency.

You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across sales, category, and product to identify retention drivers and implement scalable solutions. The role combines strategy, data analysis, and hands on execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems and translating ideas into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

- Own the Customer Retention KPI: Drive initiatives that improve repeat purchase behaviour and long term retention of Agrim's retail customers.

- Program Design & Execution: Design and execute programs to improve customer retention.

- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to uncover trends and inform strategic decisions.

- Voice of Customer for Product & Tech: Translate customer insights into product and tech improvements that enhance experience and retention.

- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and scalability.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, category, product, and operations teams todrive initiatives to completion.

Requirement:


- 2-5 years of experience in strategy/ founder's office/ consulting/ program management roles

- MBA or Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institution

- Prior experience working in high-growth startups.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. SQL knowledge will help in the role.

- Experience driving 0-to-1 initiatives or experimental projects is a strong plus
