If you're a data-driven marketer who thrives on optimizing campaigns, leveraging first-party audiences, and delivering high ROI results, let's talk!

What You'll Do:

- Own & execute acquisition marketing across Google Ads, UACi, DV 360, Meta, In-Mobi, and Truecaller

- Leverage 1P audiences to craft precision-driven campaigns

- Drive engagement & retention with Email, Drip, and In-App Marketing (Webengage/Moengage)

- Implement & optimize the full marketing stack for seamless execution

- Analyze, report & improve-strong data chops, dashboarding, and actionable insights are key

- Lead & mentor a campaign team to push performance to new heights

What You Bring:

- 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience

- Deep expertise in acquisition, retention, and brand marketing

- Strong analytical mindset-comfortable with dashboards & performance metrics

- Experience in multi-channel campaign execution & optimization

- Ability to manage marketing budgets with a keen eye on ROI
