ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-first Manager Partner Hiring & Growth to build, manage, and scale gig workforce programs for our Growth Pod. This role will drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and expansion programs through on-ground gig teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Growth Program Execution

- Own end-to-end execution of gig-led growth programs

- Drive retailer onboarding, app activation, KYC completion, and order activation

- Run hyperlocal growth experiments and GTM pilots

- Ensure daily execution discipline and SLA adherence

2. Partner (Gig) Hiring & Workforce Management

- Own end-to-end partner hiring strategy and execution across regions

- Design onboarding, training, and deployment workflows

- Manage beat planning, shift optimization, and daily task allocation

- Drive gig productivity, quality, attendance, and retention

- Create performance-based incentive structures

3. Funnel & Metric Ownership

- Own growth funnel from lead onboarding activation repeat

- Track CAC, conversion rates, cost per onboarding, and ROI

- Build and maintain leadership dashboards

4. Stakeholder Management

- Act as single-threaded owner for gig-led growth initiatives

- Manage staffing vendors and partner ecosystems

SUCCESS METRICS (KPIs):

- Onboarding & activation volume

- Cost per onboarding

- Funnel conversion rates

- Gig productivity & SLA adherence

- ROI on growth programs

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- 48 years in growth ops, field ops, or GTM execution

- Strong experience in partner hiring / gig workforce management

- Proven track record of managing field sales or on-ground teams

- Strong data orientation with dashboarding skills

- High ownership mindset with strong execution bias
