Role: Manager - HR Operations Work Model: 6 Days WFO Responsibilities: 1) Recruitment & Onboarding: Supervise the end-to-end recruitment processes, and implement accessible guidance and support to enhance the experience for recruiting managers, the candidates and HR. 2) Coordinating HR Operations: Liaise with HR Operations and Payroll teams# to ensure accurate and timely processing of information relating to new employees, leavers and contractual changes to deadlines. 3) Performance Management: Build processes and policies around cross-functional performance benchmarking. Also, Lead and develop the HR Operations team, monitoring and evaluating performance to ensure high-quality service delivery. 4) Compliance: Ensure all HR operations comply with required labor laws and other relevant legislation, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records. 5) Employee Database Management & Reporting: Develop and maintain HR databases, including employee records, payroll data, benefits information, and performance metrics. 6) Functional Audits: Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions. Requirements: - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another similar field - At least 4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a managerial role - Experience with HR reporting and analytics - In-depth knowledge of general HR policies and procedures - Working knowledge of HRIS solutions and other HR automation tools - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Any HR certifications [PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.] will be considered an advantage
