Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Head of Supply Chain to lead AGRIMs supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and dispatch operations. The role demands deep operational expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to run operations at scale through structured, process-driven flows while continuously improving efficiency and customer experience. The role is designed to own overall cost and time of delivery for Agrims diverse rural supply chain.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Supply Chain Strategy & Network Design :

- Define and execute AGRIM's supply chain strategy to support business growth, profitability, and superior customer experience.

- Design and optimize the logistics, warehousing, and distribution network to improve cost, speed, and scalability.

- Identify long-term opportunities for network expansion, capacity planning, and operational excellence.

2. Operations Leadership at Scale :

- Own end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehousing, dispatch, mid-mile, and last-mile logistics across PTL and FTL movements.

- Build scalable operating models capable of supporting rapid business growth while maintaining service excellence.

- Ensure operational resilience during seasonal demand spikes and business expansion.

3. Data, Analytics & Performance Management :

- Own the supply chain P&L and key operating metrics including logistics cost, Dispatch & Delivery TAT, Fill Rate, Return %, Cancellation %, Warehouse Productivity, Inventory Accuracy, and Customer Experience.

- Build data-driven dashboards and governance mechanisms that enable proactive decision-making.

- Use analytics to identify bottlenecks, forecast risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Operational Excellence & Transformation :

- Lead large-scale process transformation initiatives focused on automation, digitization, and operational efficiency.

- Partner with Product and Technology teams to build scalable systems, improve visibility, and automate manual workflows.

- Institutionalize SOPs, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement programs across the supply chain.

5. Leadership & Organization Building :

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of 100+ professionals across logistics, warehousing, and operations.

- Build leadership capability within the organization and establish a strong culture of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence.

6. Partner & Cross-functional Leadership:

- Develop strategic partnerships with logistics providers, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive long-term cost optimization.

- Collaborate closely with Supply, Category, Demand Planning, Product, Finance, and Business teams to align supply chain capabilities with business objectives.

- Serve as the strategic operations partner for leadership by providing insights, forecasting, and recommendations that influence business decisions.

Requirements :

- MBA/Bachelors from Tier-1 institute.

- 8+ years of experience in logistics - e-commerce - high-growth startups.

- Strong analytical & problem-solving orientation.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
