Role Overview

We are looking for a leader who can own and shape Agrim's learning strategy for a 1000+ workforce in line with business growth and requirements. This role will focus on enhancing training programmes, employee capability and improving performance outcomes for frontline telesales, field sales, and operations. You will be working directly with leadership team to enhance company's skill and capability. The ideal candidate is strategic yet hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and own end- to- end training programmes for frontline sales and operations aligned to business goals

2. Conduct regular capability need analysis using performance data to identify skill gaps across teams

3. Build structured capability building journeys (onboarding, refresher, advanced tracks) to improve productivity and quality outcomes

4. Develop and standardize training content, SOPs and playbooks tailored to frontline and operations roles

5. Implement blended learning formats (classroom, on- the- job, digital, peer learning) to drive scalable adoption.

6. Set up mechanisms to measure training efficacy through pre/post assessments, call audits, field observations and performance movement

7. Build, coach and manage a high- performing training team with clear KPIs and development plans.

8. Partner with business leaders to define capability metrics and link learning outcomes to sales and ops performance.

9. Drive data visibility through dashboards on coverage, attendance, assessment scores and training- to- performance impact.

10. Collaborate with product, sales and ops to quickly convert new initiatives and process changes into training modules.

Requirements

- 5-10 years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development.

- Experience in high-growth startups, B2B, or tech-enabled businesses preferred.

- Strong understanding of front-line telesales/field sales learning principles and design.

- Demonstrated experience designing scalable training programs.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
