
Role Overview
- This is a high-impact leadership development role where you'll gain hands-on experience solving Agrim's biggest business problems. As a mini-CEO, you'll have end-to-end ownership of critical business problems-from hypothesis to execution, managing the complete lifecycle from strategy to delivery. You'll move fluidly between strategy and execution, building hands-on expertise across the full business stack: demand, supply, operations, fintech, HR, and product.
This role is designed for future entrepreneur and someone who can accelerate from hands-on operator to business head within a 2-4-year journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify critical business challenges with business heads; break down ambiguous problems into clear, solvable components with measurable success criteria
- Build measurement systems, and analytics frameworks that can enable operational
monitoring and enable evidence-based decision-making around the targeted business problem.
- Streamline broken and unorganised workflows; design scalable operating systems that support 10x growth
- Map and optimize cross-functional workflows across demand, supply, operations, fintech, HR, and product; eliminate bottlenecks and build for speed.
- Manage complex projects from conception through delivery; lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects move from strategy to measurable impact
- Execute with velocity and discipline; set timelines, manage dependencies, and deliver results even in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Build repeatable execution muscles across the organization; create frameworks that enable consistency and quality at scale
- Manage diverse stakeholders (Founders, functions, teams); build alignment on priorities, surface risks early, and escalate blockers with context.
- Create visibility and accountability through regular communication cadences, progress reviews, and transparent reporting on achievements and learnings.
Requirements
- MBA/Bachelors from Tier-1 institute.
- 2 to 5 years in management consulting / high-growth startups / strategy roles.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving orientation.
- Action bias thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
