Role Summary: The Regional Brand Partnership Manager will be responsible for building and scaling manufacturer partnerships across agri-input categories including Crop Protection, Crop Nutrition, Seeds, Farm Inputs, Animal Feed, and Farm Tools. The role owns onboarding, activation, and revenue growth from manufacturing partners and serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned brands.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own regional brand partnership targets across categories
- Onboard new manufacturers and ensure partnership activation within defined timelines
- Achieve quarterly revenue and margin targets from manufacturing partners
- Define and execute regional partnership plans aligned with market needs and crop cycles
- Clearly articulate the platform's business model to manufacturer leadership and teams
- Develop structured responses to manufacturer queries and objections
- Track competition and handle competitive positioning discussions
- Drive incremental revenue through ads, sponsored listings, and brand-led programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, execution, and growth
Success Metrics:
- Number of manufacturers onboarded
- Partnership activation rate within 3 months
- Quarterly manufacturer revenue achievement
- Ad and sponsored program revenue
- Brand retention and repeat engagement
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or key account management
- Prior experience in Agribusiness, Agri-inputs, or B2B E-commerce preferred
- MBA mandatory
- Strong network with decision-makers in Crop Protection, Seeds, Fertilizers, or allied industries
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
