About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager Retailer App, youll work on shipping new features, tracking app funnels, measuring impact, and driving retention. Youll also be deeply involved in how the app talks to backend systems like the OMS ensuring orders, payments, and fulfilment statuses are always in sync.
This is an execution-heavy role with a lot of ownership, ideal for someone early in their product career who wants to learn fast and work on a live, high-usage product.
What Youll Do
- Own features and enhancements for the Retailer App from problem statement to launch. Work closely with Engineering, Design, and QA to get them shipped on time with clear scope and edge cases.
- Convert business problems and retailer pain points into structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for both app flows and OMS-integrated flows.
- Set up and monitor key funnels. Use Mixpanel/BI dashboards to understand where users drop off.
- Define success metrics for each feature, review performance post-launch, and propose iterations to improve conversion, NPS, repeat usage, and feature adoption.
- Understand how the Retailer App integrates with systems like OMS, payments, and inventory. Help define and validate API contracts and events so that order statuses, inventory, prices, and payments are reflected correctly in the app.
- Partner with business teams to identify what drives repeat orders and app stickiness.
- Support experiments on nudges, offers, UX tweaks, and communication to bring users back.
- Work with Engineering, Design, QA to align on requirements, handle trade-offs, and ensure everyone is on the same page for releases.
What Youll Bring
- 11.5 years of experience as Associate Product Manager.
- Strong interest in consumer apps / e-commerce / marketplaces with user-first mindset.
- Comfort with data using Excel and SQL and at least one analytics tool (Mixpanel, GA, etc.) to read funnels and dashboards.
- Ability to create simple wireframes using Figma or similar tools.
- Good structured thinking ability to break down problems, list scenarios/edge cases, and communicate clearly in writing.
- Understanding of how mobile apps, APIs, and backend systems interact (or strong willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; youre comfortable working with multiple functions and asking the right questions.
Why Join Us
- Work on a high-impact product used daily by retailers.
- Get end-to-end ownership of meaningful features early in your product career.
- Learn how a real-world app + OMS + logistics + payments ecosystem works under the hood.
- Be part of a team that cares about impact, speed, and learning, not just shipping features.
