Job Responsibilities:
What do you have to do?
- Manage the entire Order Management System (OMS) and its functionalities.
- Write comprehensive PRDs and detailed user stories for new features and updates.
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams to share requirements and ensure seamless project execution.
- Track the progress of product development to ensure milestones are achieved and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on product updates and expectations.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs and business goals.
- Engage with customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and test solutions.
- Analyse user behavior data to assess feature usage, identify improvement opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Senior Product Managers to define product goals.
- Ensure proper documentation and training materials are prepared for internal teams.
- Oversee the product operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet business objectives.
- Maintain an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering from Tier 1/2 college.
Experience:
- 1-1.5 years of experience as APM.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize data, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL is mandatory.
NOTE : This role is completely work-from-office, 6-days a week (Mon-Sat) in Sector-67, Gurugram, Haryana.
