Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Agri Services & Sustainability Manager to lead crop development, agronomy programs, farmer engagement, field trials, and sustainability initiatives. The role will be responsible for translating agronomic and sustainability strategies into effective field programs, driving farmer adoption, and integrating technology - led solutions across agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead crop development and agronomy programs aligned with business and farmer needs.

- Develop and implement crop - specific agronomy practices, protocols, and field programs.

- Plan and manage field trials, demonstrations, pilot programs, and validation activities.

- Evaluate crop performance, productivity, input efficiency, and field - level outcomes.

- Work closely with farmers, field teams, channel partners, and agronomy experts to drive adoption of recommended practices.

- Develop farmer engagement and capability - building programs through field demonstrations, training, and technical support.

- Monitor territory - level execution and ensure timely implementation of agronomy and crop development initiatives.

- Identify field - level challenges and provide practical, data - driven agronomic solutions.

- Drive sustainability initiatives focused on responsible input usage, soil health, water efficiency, resource optimization, and climate - resilient agricultural practices.

- Identify and evaluate relevant agri - tech solutions, digital tools, precision agriculture technologies, and data - driven farming practices.

- Use field data and technology to monitor program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Track key program outcomes, prepare reports, and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, supply chain, and other cross - functional teams to ensure effective execution of agricultural programs.

- Manage external partnerships with research institutions, agricultural organizations, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Ensure field programs comply with applicable agricultural, safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6 - 11 years of experience in Agronomy, Agri Services, Crop Development, Sustainable Agriculture, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of crop development, agronomy practices, and field - level agricultural operations.

- Hands - on experience managing field trials, demonstrations, and farmer engagement programs.

- Experience driving adoption of new agricultural practices, products, or technologies.

- Good understanding of sustainable agriculture, resource efficiency, soil health, and climate - resilient farming.

- Exposure to agri - tech, precision agriculture, digital farming, or data - driven agricultural solutions.

- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work extensively with field teams and farmers and manage execution across territories.

- Experience working with cross - functional teams and external agricultural partners.

- Willingness to travel extensively across field locations as required.
