Key Responsibilities: 1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e. g. , CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus. 2. Experience: Proven experience in leadership roles within the manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of successful SAP implementations, ideally with a focus on S4 HANA for about 5 to 10 years. 3. Technical Proficiency: Sound technical knowledge in record to report, procure to pay, manufacturing, and order to cash processes. 4. Change Management: Experience in leading change initiatives and fostering a culture of process excellence. 5. Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a startup mode, taking initiative, and adapting to a rapidly changing environment. 6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. 7.
